first_img Categories: Local San Diego News FacebookTwitter January 14, 2018 Posted: January 14, 2018 KUSI Newsroom Updated: 6:44 PMcenter_img KUSI Newsroom, POWAY (KUSI) — A 30-year-old transient was arrested on suspicion he stabbed a man to death in Poway early Sunday, sheriff’s deputies said.Kevin Talbott, a transient from the Poway area, matched the description of a possible suspect in the homicide, sheriff’s Lt. Rich Williams said.Talbott was arrested Sunday and booked into the San Diego Central jail on a murder charge. Talbott was being held without bail.Deputies responded to a 911 call of a stabbing at a 7-Eleven store in the 12000 block Pomerado Road just after 1:30 a.m., where they found a man with a “traumatic injury,” Williams said.The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.
